The Firm recently received a notably favorable decision in the Appellate Division of the Superior Court. In Hughes v. Township of Howell, et als., the Firm represented its clients, Howell Township and the Township Clerk in a primary election petition challenge.
The Firm successfully represented the Township and the Clerk in both the trial court and Appellate Division. The Firm argued and the court agreed that the Clerk’s decision in accepting the primary petitions did not violate New Jersey’s election laws and was not arbitrary, capricious, or unreasonable.
Founding Partner Christopher J. Dasti argued the case in the trial court and Appellate Division and prepared the briefs, along with Associate Jeffrey D. Cheney.
