Christopher A. Khatami brings ten years of litigation experience representing private individuals, small and mid-sized corporations, and public entities in state and federal courts throughout the State of New Jersey.

Mr. Khatami’s primary practice areas are Section 1983 civil rights cases, Title 59 tort cases, NJLAD, employment discrimination, contract and business partnership disputes, construction defect, and general liability cases.

In public entity litigation, Mr. Khatami has represented numerous public entities at the municipal, county, and state levels, including the South Jersey Transportation Authority, Ocean County, Ocean County Board of Commissioners, Ocean County Department of Corrections, Ocean County College, City of Paterson, Cumberland County and the Cumberland County Department of Corrections.  Mr. Khatami regularly represents public entities in litigation in state and federal courts.

Mr. Khatami is a lifelong resident of Monmouth County.  He enjoys spending time with family and friends, beach and beach volleyball, kayaking, traveling, and is an avid reader of the United States and presidential history.
