Kenneth E. Bozarth

Kenneth E. Bozarth’s primary areas of focus are estate planning, public entity law, environmental law, and real estate transactions. In law school, Mr. Bozarth interned for the Ocean County Office of the Public Defender, the Greater Hells Canyon Council, and the Office of the Vermont Attorney General Environmental Protection Division.
Following Law School, Mr. Bozarth served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Therese A. Cunningham, J.S.C. in the Ocean County Superior Court. After his clerkship and prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bozarth worked as an associate in a general practice firm where he gained experience in wide variety of legal practice areas.
Mr. Bozarth is a lifelong resident of Ocean County. In his spare time, he enjoys the outdoors, golfing, hiking, playing the guitar, and rooting for the New York Yankees.
