Brandon S. Straight

Brandon S. Straight is an Associate Attorney at Dasti & Staiger, bringing a unique blend of financial acumen and legal experience to the practice.
Prior to entering the legal profession, Mr. Straight earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Scranton, where he graduated in 2019. After college, he worked in public accounting with a focus on audit and tax matters, spending most of his time auditing public entities including board of educations, municipalities, and various other governmental bodies.
Following his career in accounting, Mr. Straight attended Delaware Law School, where he strengthened his interest in legal practice and graduated in December 2024. He successfully passed the February 2025 New Jersey Bar Examination and is currently licensed to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
During law school, Mr. Straight gained valuable experience as an intern at Spirent Communications, where he assisted with transactional matters and internal compliance. After graduating, he served as internal litigation counsel at CURE Auto Insurance, handling PIP defense litigation and a range of coverage-related issues before joining the firm.
Mr. Straight is committed to providing thoughtful, detail-oriented legal counsel to his clients and applies his analytical background to all aspects of his practice.
Outside of the office, he enjoys skiing, golfing, spending time with his family and rooting for the Philadelphia Eagles.
