The firm has served public entities, i.e., Municipal Governing Bodies, Boards, Commissions, and Boards of Education, in numerous capacities throughout New Jersey, including as Township Attorney, Special Counsel and Board of Education Attorney.
Brian Clancy, Associate Attorney, joined the firm in 2021 and has since been able to participate in several unique and interesting cases, which has allowed him to greatly expand his practice areas – including that of public entity law.
Since his tenure with the firm, Clancy has gained valuable trial experience and regularly appears in hearings before local government boards. The firm represents its public clients in countless ways, including, but not limited to: General counsel to the public entity; representing the public entity in contract negotiations; disciplinary hearings; preparing public documents, and defending the public entity in litigation in State and Federal Court.
