Joseph C. Falk brings over fourteen years of legal experience to his clients. His practices areas include real estate, land use, employment, family and municipal law as well as estate planning and administration, estate litigation, business law, workers’ compensation and consumer fraud litigation. He proudly represents individuals, businesses, corporations, and government.
Mr. Falk has represented clients throughout the State of New Jersey in all facets of real estate law, including both commercial and residential real estate transactions. In addition to his transactional legal work, Mr. Falk has assisted clients with the preparation and/or review of leasing agreements, property transfers, and related litigation. Mr. Falk is a dedicated client advocate and works to ensure the best possible outcomes for his clients.
In the area of Estate/Elder Law, Mr. Falk has represented clients in related litigation, including contested probate matters and guardianship actions. He is also a qualified Civil Mediator under New Jersey Court Rule 1:40 for the New Jersey Courts, and has helped guide clients through the process of mediation in hopes of resolving a dispute outside of the court arena.
Mr. Falk is an experienced provider of seminars on the home buying process and has spoken to numerous civic and church groups on Estate/Elder Law Planning.
Mr. Falk is a resident of Lambertville, New Jersey and is married with two children. He has had a long and rewarding career volunteering in various community organizations.
